Having been launched by husband and wife team Roman and Ella Wroath in 2016, placing Gloucester firmly on the map for every yoga enthusiasts diary, growing each year, this years third Soul Circus attracted over 5,000 yogi’s from all over the globe, for a weekend of extreme flexibility and empathetic positivity.
Throughout The Cotswolds, we have plenty of adrenaline fuelled events to keep residents and tourists entertained, such as Badminton Horse Trials, Cheltenham Race Week, Royal International Air Tattoo, Salon Prive, The Big Feastival, only to name a few, however, the purpose of Soul Circus is completely unique, which is to learn trust, to learn how to open your heart to yourself and to others, and to discover and master balance both physically and mentally.
Some 2018 Soul Circus sponsors included:
- Equinox, who were running some high octane fitness classes with Fletch and Celest, which included the Boxing Bootcamp, Best Butt Ever, and Let’s Get Down-Dogg (Yoga to Hiphop) all of which received very positive responses from partakers.
- OPPO Ice cream, who were giving away FREE ice cream …Yes that’s right, FREE ice cream …Columbian Chocolate and Hazelnut flavour, all weekend. Needless to say, for the sake of our readers, Cotswold Allure Magazine sampled this ice cream thoroughly! (and we really do recommend that your taste buds investigate OPPO as it really is divine.)
- Westons Cider Makers Wyld Wood Organic Cider, which is made in Herefordshire using apples from the Wye Valley orchards, gluten free and vegan friendly!
Throughout the weekend, you could enjoy endless music from great musicians such as DJ Maddie, Nemone, Dj Sounds and on the Saturday evening Yogi’s danced into the night to an epic set from DJ Yoda.
When we caught up with Roman Wroath, asking how the incredible response to Soul Circus 2018 made him feel:
“To be completely honest with you, knowing that Soul Circus is bringing so many likeminded, incredible people together, it just makes me feel full of love for everybody who is enjoying being here with us.”
You can genuinely feel this at Soul Circus. From the second you step on site, you’re surrounded by un-judgemental people who just care and want to help you find the best within yourself. After working hard most days, living surrounded by the endless enormous pressures of life every day, Soul Circus is an incredibly positive experience that Cotswold Allure Magazine thoroughly recommends that everybody should try at least once.
